If you can afford to lose the money, play at any level you want.
If you're convinced you're a winning player ($+900 at 10-20 doesn't
convince me) and you don't wanna go bust, run your nut up to about
7-9 G's before going to 15-30.  Even if you're the best player in
your 10-20 game, your stack could get wiped out in one or two bad
sessions.  $1400 isn't very much for that level...

ps see the thread on "virtual bankroll" to give yourself license
to play over your head when you feel like it, tho it seems like
you kinda already do.
