Yeah, this is weird.  Everytime I go there, I try to figure out
what's goin' on with the blind jumpers.  I know I'm getting juked
by the locals.  I think the rules also change across limits;
I believe the penalties in 15-30 are different than 6-12.
Anyway, I'm all for the rule where you make up both missed blinds
behind the button should you miss or wait til it comes round again.
