 Alternatively, some experts avoid being dominated before
 they actually are.  Experts who frequently play dominated
 hands cease to be experts quite soon.  I don't call a
 tight raiser with KJo with the intent of avoiding being
 dominated later in the hand; I think before the flop is
 a very good time to avoid being dominated.
