IIRC, after 4th street, an extra card is dealt in the middle. Any card that matches this is wild. After 5th street, an extra card is dealt in the middle. Any upcard that matches this is forfeited. After 6th street, an extra card is dealt in the middle. Any hand with an upcard that matches this is dead. I really don't see where they get the name though.
