 where:
  
 N = Number of dealer man-hours expended to deal tourney.
 W = What you consider a fair hourly wage for dealers.
 p = The proportion of the prize pool you won.
 e = A round up epsilon of your discretion in case you made an error. 
  
 The beauty of this way of doing things is that the size of the
 Entry Fee or prize pool is not a factor, as well it shouldn't be.
